READY FOR JENA
Roger Huddler
First and foremost, I would like to congratulate Richard Barrett for
his courage in taking a stand for Jena in opposition to the "Jena Six."
His successes are encouraging and his techniques are uplifting. The
struggle for freedom, democracy and majority-rule is worth fighting and
Barrett has set an example for all like-minded patriots. I have been
inspired to do my part.
I urge that "Jena Justice Day" be used not only as a protest, but for
recruiting. Winning over and empowering our people is essential, if we
are to have a bright future. Let us use the publicity we receive over our
advancements in Jena to recruit, wherever we may be. For example,
stick up a "Red-White-and-Blue Not Red-Black-and-Green" sign, be it
Sacramento or South Boston.
Use the Internet, bumper-stickers or just talking with your friends. Our
future depends upon how well you can get others to take up the cause,
actively and with dedication. Recruiting won't be easy. It will be a
challenge. But, use positive words, elicit understanding and point to
our successes at Jena. Younger guys, especially, are ready to join in,
once they see our goals.
Make clear that Jena is only "round one" in the struggle. Explain that
we are educating ourselves and, then, our countrymen, so that, once
we are unified and solid, we can make the entire nation united and solid.
So, unity is our cornerstone, knowledge is our foundation and strength
is our superstructure. A lot of young guys lack insight, but are waking
up and becoming proud.
Many who should be with us have fallen backwards and lack confidence
in themselves. Just knowing that we are around can help reverse that
sorry trend. Show how we are advancing and moving upward. Point
to our momentum and how we strive for excellence, in all that we do.
As soon as someone joins in, help him to pass his newfound knowledge
and inspiration on to others.
Take care to recruit for life-long service, so that recruits may smash
obstacles all of their days and achieve greatness, not just on "Jena
Justice Day," but for all time. Distribute our "Code-of-Conduct," to be
sure that newcomers are aware of how to use the law to their advantage.
I am overwhelmed with the great news from Jena and urge my compatriots
to keep up the great work.
