JUSTICE-FOR-ALL EXCEPT SKINHEADS

In the traffic-court of Jackson, Mississippi, a city which had been
completely "colorized" under the so-called Voting Rights Act, but
evacuated by whites, a Negro was accused in 2008 of trying to
outrun the police. The Negro policeman testified that the suspect was
clocked at over a hundred-twenty miles-per-hour and had been
pursued for over ten miles, with police-lights blaring. The Negro judge
levied a one-hundred-dollar fine, saying that "that's all I can do." Fast
rewind to Denver, Colorado, in 1997, where Jerald Dean Allen had
similar charges leveled, except that Allen was a Skinhead, who told
the "Rocky Mountain News" that ''I believe in white pride. I'm
fighting for my own cause.'' By 2008, Allen was still in jail and a
three-judge state-appeals' panel, two of whom were Jews, affirmed
his conviction.

Seeking to keep the case "low-profile," Judges Alan Loeb and Alan
Sternberg made the reasons for their decision "private," so that the
appeal-ruling was not published. Although keeping a decision
confidential, in such a high-profile case, was, itself, unusual, even
more unusual was for judges not to either step down or be ordered
off the case for conflict-of-interest. When Nationalists litigated in
2001 in Mississippi in behalf of the Confederate flag, they demanded
that Fred Banks, the only Negro on the state supreme-court, be tossed
off the case for "bias," because of his race. Banks stepped aside.
When Nationalists opposed Negro-gerrymandering, they insisted that
Negro Henry Wingate, who had refused to approve their appearance,
step aside for "bias." Wingate refused, but the U.S. Supreme Court
allowed them in.

A judge is supposed to step down to avoid "even the appearance
of impropriety," of his own volition, or the court, itself, or an
appeals-court, is supposed to order him off the case, if he refuses
to go, voluntarily. In some states, the judge will be, even, ousted
for "judicial-misconduct." Bias by descendants of Karl Marx against
Skinheads, known for their anti-Communism, is legion. Abraham Foxman
has published a webpage accusing Skinheads of being "troubling," who
should be banned. Simon Wiesenthal maintained a museum with photos
characterizing Skinheads as "misfits." James Rosenberg tried to ban
Skinheads in Morristown, New Jersey. Richard Cohen called them
"gangsters" and Lenny Zeskind labeled them a "problem." Cohen
seemed especially chafed that Skinheads had rallied at the Colorado
state-capitol.

Meanwhile, the judge overseeing the "Jena Six" case, against the five
remaining Negroes accused of mauling a white-student, was removed
against his will. J. P. Mauffray, Jr. had referred to the Negroes as
"troublemakers" and a "violent bunch," but had insisted that he could
be impartial. Lawyers for Robert Bailey, who posted a webpage
extolling "black-power" and referring to himself as a "thugga," were
acceded to by another judge, Thomas M. Yeager, on the grounds
of "appearance of impropriety." A federal-judge, Dee Drell, had
issued an order prohibiting Jena-officials from "interfering" with
protesters, including Skinheads, against the "Jena-Six", but when
Police Chief Paul Smith barred paraders bearing arms, Drell refused
to hold him liable. Nationalists have appealed to the appellate-court
in New Orleans.
