THE FIGHT GOES ON
David Dupre, Sr.
It's a damn shame that a two-hundred-year-old law gets [deleted] on by a [deleted]
judge, who rules that we could bear arms at "Jena Justice Day" and, then, comes
back and says something else, because we were not members of The Nationalist
Movement. What the hell does that have to do with our Second Amendment rights?
As far as us not being members, that will change as quickly as we can make it happen.
Then, if there is a next time, they won't use that damn excuse, again. But, I wonder
what they will come up with, the next time?
I hate to let some little [deleted] cop make me back down about my gun-rights. I
think those niggers got to the judge. That's why he's ruling the way he is. But,
we'll win our fight, on down road, because people like that will screw up, again.
Then, we can take them on, again. To my future members, I say, we've got one of
many silly laws kicked out. If the good Lord lets me live long enough, we'll see
many more of these laws get knocked down, as well.
I put it to you and every person who is with you. As long as I live, I'll fight with
you all or, even, by myself, to keep and bear arms. Every day, I carry my pistol,
at certain places. I could care less what some crooked judge or any illegal law
says. Our forefathers said that this is the way it is and made these laws to protect
honest folks. I'll be damned if some fool is going to tell me otherwise.
I'm talking up just as hard as I can to get more people to help in this cause,
before it's too late. Of course, it will never really be too late, so long as I, my
wife and my sons keep on fighting. We're like Charlton Heston: "They'll take
my guns when they pry them from my dead hands." I had never heard of the
Nationalists, until I went to Jena, but, now, we are asking about joining.
I am doing my best to get folks, who feel like I do about our rights, to become
members. I'd rather be dead, than to let these clowns take my guns from me
or my family. As I have said before, thank God for the Nationalists. It shouldn't
make a damn, if I'm a member or not, however. Our rights were violated, when
the cops prohibited us from marching with our guns, and that's the long and
short of it. People make citizen's arrests on people, who commit crimes,
on others not themselves, all the time.
So, what's with Judge Dee Drell? He's looking for a loophole, but I think that,
by us staying in the fight, he'll reverse his ruling or maybe some other, higher-up
judge might step in and overrule him. I would just like for him to explain his
actions. As part of his office, he took an oath to uphold the Constitution and he
is not doing so. On another note, my son, David, Jr., is excited about coming
over to Mississippi. I think he'll make us proud. I appreciate the help Nationalists
are giving, not only for us, but for people all across the country.
