SKINHEAD CRISIS LINE
The Skinhead Crisis Line is an on-line help service, available to those
in pain. Professional information and caring attention are given,
free-of-charge. The Line is maintained by The Nationalist Movement
and is entirely self-supporting, receiving no government funding. Those
seeking information, assistance or simply an attentive ear may make
initial contact via e-mail to ***@skinheadz.com, with "Crisis" on
the subject-line. A response-time will set up for a personal,
confidential and anonymous session via the Skinhead Chatroom,
at www.skinheadz.com/chat/chat.html with a trained, volunteer
legal-professional. If need be, alternative communication may be
established.
No "tracking" or "logging" is employed and those using the service
need not give their names or any other identifying details, if they do not
wish to do so. The Skinhead Crisis Line offers advice, but does not
undertake legal-representation, unless an actual, written undertaking
is entered into. No contributions are solicited from those using the Line.
Quality-service and useful-referrals are provided to those who share
Skinhead beliefs and values. Responses support the honor, integrity
and dignity of those in need, without being judgmental. Many issues
may be addressed, such as family, employment, criminal, governmental,
financial and health issues. The objective is, simply, to serve.
The Skinhead Crisis Line was established in 2008, in response to a
burgeoning number of appeals, over the years. Rather than to respond
in a haphazard manner, efforts are ongoing to provide organized and
in-depth service, which can grow and keep pace. Many times, those in
need seek assistance during or after a crisis, but the Line is available,
also, for "preventive maintenance," for those seeking to avoid hazards
and complications-of-life. The goal is to expand the hours when the
service is manned and to be able to offer face-to-face meetings, by
appointment, when feasible. It is hoped that telephone-service, perhaps
even with a toll-free number, may be added, as the Line progresses.
